Excerpt from Page 69Whenever Dorothy and I go to Poland to teach we like to spend a month preparing for the 20-25 sessions we'll be teaching. This year for one reason or another, we were unable to sit down and organize our two weeks. We knew we would teach on forgiveness and reconciliation and we knew we had far more material than we could use. However, we had no idea of what to share when, and exactly how to share it.
Upon our arrival in Poland we knew what we'd share during the first meeting. When Dorothy prayed about the second meeting, the thought that came to mind was: "Do what I've told you and then I'll give you the next step." Well it went this way every day. At 10 PM, God told us what to share the next day.
Now for two people who like to be well prepared, to have everything well organized ahead of time and who like to be in control - trusting God in this fashion was a new experience. But we did and learned. God was faithful. As we completed each day He gave us the directions for the next day.
Friends, do you become impatient or even frustrated because you don't see the next few days or weeks clearly in your mind? Do what He has called you to do today. As you trust him and do your very best today, He'll reveal His plans for you for tomorrow. He wants us to trust Him totally.
